#Grilled Avocado

I planned to make this as a starter or side dish for your barbecue party. It doesn't need much preparation time and can be made a day before the party. I have used my own twists and it worked good for me. You can go with the same or could add on your own twists. Lets go.....

Serves :- 4-5 people
Preparation time :- 15 mins
Cooking time :- 10 mins
Measurements :- in grams and in spoons

*tbsp - Tablespoon
*tsp   - Teaspoon


Ingredients
  1. Ripped Avocado - 4 to 5 nos
  2. Mango                -  500 gm / 2 cups
  3. Cucumber           - 100 gm / ¼ cup
  4. Red Onion          - 100 gm / ¼ cup
  5. Cherry tomato    - 50 gm /  6 nos
  6. Jalapeno              - 2 nos 
  7. Lemon juice       - ½ tbsp
  8. Lemon zest         - 1 tbsp
  9. Cumin powder   - ½ tsp
  10. Salt                    -  1 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves chopped - ¼ th cup
  12. Mint leaves chopped - ¼ th cup
  13. Olive oil            - 2 tbsp
  14. Pepper               - few
Method
  1. Cut the Mangoes, onion, cucumber, Jalapeno, tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Add it into a bowl. Then add the lemon juice, zest, coriander and mint leaves. Also add the salt and the cumin powder. Mix well and keep it aside. your Salsa is ready
  3. Cut the Avocados into half. Brush it with Olive oil. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. If you like sprinkle some chilli flakes also. Grill it for 7-10 mins.
  4. Then place a spoon full of Mango Salsa on the Avocado.
  5. Enjoy eating your avocado along with mango salsa.
Enjoy this salad with some Grilled fish or Barbecued Meat !!!😎😎😎
