I planned to make this as a starter or side dish for your barbecue party. It doesn't need much preparation time and can be made a day before the party. I have used my own twists and it worked good for me. You can go with the same or could add on your own twists. Lets go.....

Serves :- 4-5 people
Preparation time :- 15 mins
Cooking time :- 10 mins
Measurements :- in grams and in spoons
*tbsp - Tablespoon
*tsp - Teaspoon
Ingredients
- Ripped Avocado - 4 to 5 nos
- Mango - 500 gm / 2 cups
- Cucumber - 100 gm / ¼ cup
- Red Onion - 100 gm / ¼ cup
- Cherry tomato - 50 gm / 6 nos
- Jalapeno - 2 nos
- Lemon juice - ½ tbsp
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped - ¼ th cup
- Mint leaves chopped - ¼ th cup
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - few
- Cut the Mangoes, onion, cucumber, Jalapeno, tomatoes into small pieces.
- Add it into a bowl. Then add the lemon juice, zest, coriander and mint leaves. Also add the salt and the cumin powder. Mix well and keep it aside. your Salsa is ready
- Cut the Avocados into half. Brush it with Olive oil. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. If you like sprinkle some chilli flakes also. Grill it for 7-10 mins.
- Then place a spoon full of Mango Salsa on the Avocado.
- Enjoy eating your avocado along with mango salsa.
