#Grilled Watermelon Pizza

This recipe can also be accompanied with Barbecue or grilled dishes. It tastes so good and I hope you all will like it as well. This doesn't take much preparation time. No need of any cooking. Such an easy dish to surprise your family and friends. 

Serves :- 4-5 people
Preparation time :- 15 mins
Cooking time :- 10 mins
Measurements :- in grams and in spoons

*tbsp - Tablespoon
*tsp   - Teaspoon




Ingredients

1.Mini watermelon  - 1 full
2. Feta cheese          - 200 grams
3. Walnuts               - 100 grams
4. Dates (without seeds) - 100 grams
5. Honey                - 2 tablespoons
6. Dried oregano   - 2 teaspoons
7. Olive oil            - 3 tablespoons
8. Chilli flakes       - ½ tsp (optional)

Method

1. Cut the watermelon into circles. Brush each disc with oil on both sides.
2. Grill the slices on both sides for about 30 seconds.
3. Grill the dates for a few seconds and then chop them into small pieces.
4. Crumble feta cheese and walnuts.
5. Sprinkle some feta cheese and walnuts on the grilled watermelon.
6. Then sprinkle chopped dates over it. Next, sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes to your taste.
7. Drizzle some honey over it before serving.
