#Lassi

It is a cool refreshing drink which is consumed more in northern part of India. But it is a wonderful drink especially during summer to keep you refreshed. You can add or reduce your sweetness level according to your taste. It is a very easy and simple recipe to make. Lets go into the recipe......😃

Serves :- 2 people
Preparation time :- 15 mins
Cooking time :- -
Measurements :- in grams and in spoons

*tbsp - Tablespoon
*tsp   - Teaspoon

Ingredients
For Mango Lassi
1. Mango     - 1 medium
2. Yogurt     - 100 grams / ¼ cup + 2 tbsp
3. Milk        - 125 ml / ½ cup
4. Saffron strands       - very few (optional)
5. Cardamom powder - 
½ tsp
6. Sugar        - 2 tbsp
7. a few ice cubes

For mint cumin Lassi
1. Fresh mint leaves     - 15 to 20
2. Yogurt              - 100 grams / ¼ cup + 2 tbsp
3. Milk                  - 125 ml / ½ cup
4. Ground cumin  - 1 tsp
5. Sugar                - 2 tbsp
6. A few ice cubes


Method 
1. For mango (peel the mango skin) or mint Lassi, put the ingredients in a blender.
2. Mix it smooth for 20 seconds. You can add or reduce the amount of sugar to your taste.
3. Cool and refreshing Lassi is ready.
