#Wheat Dosa ( Indian pancake with vegetables )

This a simple dish made for breakfast or dinner at our home. Though it is simple to make, it is healthy too. I used to make this Dosa whenever I feel lazy to cook food. 😉😉 So here is the recipe of my version to make this dosa / pancake. Lets get into the recipe....😊

Serves :- 2 people  ( makes 5 to 6 pieces approximately )
Preparation time :- 10 mins
Cooking time :- - 1 minute for each dosa / Pancake
Measurements :- in grams and in spoons

*tbsp - Tablespoon
*tsp   - Teaspoon



Ingredients 

  1. Whole wheat flour - 80 grams / ½ cup (Type 1050 or vollkorn )
  2. Salt - 1½ tsp
  3. Water - 160 ml / 1 cup
  4. Carrot - ¼ cup (grated) 
  5. Zucchini - ¼ cup (grated)
  6. Onion - ¼ cup (chopped)
  7. Oil - as required 

Method 

  1. In a bowl add flour and salt. Mix it together. Then add half the amount of water and mix together. Then mix the remaining water to reach the consistency as shown in the video below.
  2. Mix it well without any lumps. Then add all the vegetables into it and mix well. 
  3. Heat a pan in medium-high heat and brush some oil on it. Once the pan is hot pour little batter and spread it gently as shown in the video below. 
  4. Sprinkle some oil on top and wait for a minute. Then flip the dosa / pancake to the other side and allow it cook for a minute. Each side takes 1 minute to cook approximately. 
  5. That is it, your healthy dosa is ready!
